2. Description of Service

Sunfaw provides an integrated business management platform including:

  • Ecommerce: Tools to create and manage an online storefront.

  • Point of Sale (POS): Software for in-person transaction processing.

  • ERP: Business process management for inventory, accounting, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are liable for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Subscriptions: Certain features are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Transaction Fees: We use third-party payment processors. By using our POS or Ecommerce tools, you agree to comply with the terms of those processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Taxes: You are responsible for identifying and calculating all taxes (VAT, Sales Tax) applicable to your sales.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer the Sunfaw platform.

  • Upload viruses or malicious code.

  • Use the ERP or POS features to conduct fraudulent financial reporting.

6. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the business data, customer lists, and inventory records you upload.

  • Our Property: Sunfaw retains all rights to the software, branding, logos, and original code. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunfaw shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business revenue.

  • Data corruption or loss.

  • Service interruptions due to third-party hosting or internet connectivity issues.

  • Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Modifications to Service

Sunfaw reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for any significant changes to pricing or core functionality.

10. Governing Law
