Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sunfaw. We aim to provide the best integrated business tools for your success. Because our Service is a digital product delivered instantly, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Subscriptions and Fees

  • Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

  • Annual Plans: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied, you must request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your Sunfaw subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us at support@sunfawtech.com. Upon cancellation:

  • No further charges will be applied to your payment method.

  • Your data will remain accessible until the end of the paid term, after which the account will move to a "Deactivated" status.

3. POS Hardware (If applicable)

If you purchased physical POS hardware through Sunfaw:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Hardware must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the hardware is defective.

4. Exceptions and Technical Issues

We want our platform to work perfectly for you. If you experience a verified technical defect that prevents you from using the Service, please contact our support team. We may issue a prorated credit or refund at our sole discretion if we are unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Google Play Store Purchases

For any subscriptions or in-app purchases made specifically through the Google Play Billing system:

  • You may request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase.

  • After 48 hours, refund requests must be directed to Sunfaw at support@sunfawtech@gmail.com.
