Data Deletion Policy

At Sunfaw, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play’s User Data Policy, we provide a transparent way for you to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can initiate the deletion of your account and all associated data through two methods:

  • In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Sunfaw mobile application.

  • Web Request: If you have already uninstalled the app, you can submit a deletion request via our website at https://sunfaw.com/delete-account or by emailing us at support@sunfawtech.com.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases:

  • User Profile Information: Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.

  • Personal Settings: Any custom preferences or notification settings.

  • Non-Essential Business Data: Any personal identifiers linked to your Ecommerce or POS storefront.

3. Data That May Be Retained

As an ERP and POS provider, Sunfaw is subject to local financial and tax regulations. We may be legally required to retain certain information even after your account is deleted, including:

  • Financial Records: Transaction history, invoices, and tax-related data (typically retained for 5–7 years depending on jurisdiction).

  • Audit Logs: Security-related logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

  • Note: Retained data will be securely archived and will no longer be used for marketing or active business operations.

4. Deletion Timeline

Once a request is submitted and verified, we will begin the deletion process.

  • Account Access: Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.

  • Full Data Purge: Most personal data will be purged within 30 days. Backups may take up to 90 days to be fully overwritten.
